<p>Just last December 2010, the company announced big news that truly shocked many people both in politics and business. Infor announced their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who is no other than Charles E. Phillips, the former president of Oracle Corporation. Charles E. Phillips was personally chosen by Infor’s former CEO, Jim Schaper. According to Schaper, months before he stepped down, he had been thinking of his replacement. He added that Phillips was a good choice, and his resignation from Oracle Corporation was timely. The amazing achievements that Phillips made to Oracle paved way for this new opportunity for him. Even the issue about the Charles Phillip billboard did not hinder him from getting the company’s topmost position. In addition, the reputation and achievements do not deter Charles Phillips’ achievements as a businessman.</p>
